Proteinkick

I was skeptical about protein in gummy form, but these actually fit my routine better than shaking up a powder at my desk. The texture is chewy without being sticky, and they’re easy to grab mid-afternoon when I’m craving something sweet anyway.

These gummies are perfect for when I’m rushing out the door and know I won’t have time for a proper shake. The texture is chewy and not overly sweet, which makes it feel like a treat rather than a chore to get my extra protein in.

I’ve been reaching for these after evening workouts when I don’t feel like mixing a shake, and the protein comes through without any chalky aftertaste. Tucking a couple into my gym bag is way easier than hauling a powder container.
