Jern

The gummy texture is soft and chewy, which makes taking iron feel way less like a chore than swallowing pills. I’ve noticed I don’t get as dizzy in the afternoons since starting these, and the taste is pleasant enough that I actually remember to take them daily.

The gummy texture is pleasantly chewy, which makes taking iron feel more like a treat than a chore these past couple weeks. I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier in the afternoons, and it’s easy to remember since they taste good enough that I actually look forward to them.

It’s been about three weeks since I started taking it, and I notice I’m not as winded on my afternoon walks. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate. Definitely doing its job for my energy levels.
